Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR and other departments.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and internal documents.
  • Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry, record management, and documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
