This is not a role for someone looking to casually “play games for money.” What matters most here is judgment, consistency, and the ability to explain what went wrong in a way that another team can reproduce quickly. Many people assume senior QA is just about finding bugs, but in reality the stronger skill is knowing which bugs matter, how to reproduce them, and how to communicate their impact without slowing the team down. Key Responsibilities

• Test PC games on Windows to identify gameplay issues, bugs, crashes, and performance problems
• Write clear bug reports with reproduction steps, expected outcomes, and observed results
• Run exploratory, functional, and regression testing across different game builds
• Review controls, game flow, and system behavior from a player and QA perspective
• Work closely with distributed teams to align on test scope and release expectations
• Validate fixes and confirm whether reported issues are fully resolved
• Support QA process improvements and maintain testing consistency across builds
• Guide junior testers and reinforce strong QA habits where needed

Required Qualifications

• Proven senior-level QA experience testing PC games on Windows
• Strong understanding of game development cycles and release workflows
