About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative 3D Artist / Graphic Designer to join our Lagos office. This full-time role requires proficiency in Blender 3D and the ability to transform conceptual designs into detailed, production-ready models. You will collaborate with designers, artisans, and craftsmen to ensure that every project is executed to perfection from digital design to physical fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate and visually compelling 3D models of marketing assets, including signage, gondolas, mobile bars, and free-standing units using Blender 3D.
• Conceptualize and supervise the transformation of lounges, bars, and club spaces.
• Collaborate with the design team to interpret concepts accurately into digital 3D models.
• Oversee the product lifecycle, from design inception to fabrication.
• Work closely with artisans to ensure smooth translation of designs into physical objects.
• Maintain quality control and adherence to project standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative solutions to design and fabrication processes.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum first degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a 3D Modeler; at least 5 years project management experience in FMCG, preferably in visual merchandising.
• Expertise in Blender 3D is mandatory; proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Illustrator is required.
