The company is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Client Service Manager in Lagos. This is a full-time role designed for individuals with strong client relationship, leadership, and marketing strategy skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries, requests, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute impactful marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Provide consistent project updates and manage client expectations with professionalism.
- Proactively identify growth and upselling opportunities within client accounts.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate results and strategies effectively.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Work alongside ATL, BTL, and Digital teams to create experiential and innovative engagement campaigns.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 – 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an advertising agency.
- Proven experience in client service, account management, or similar roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for client satisfaction.
- Networking ability and strong industry insight.
