Job Title: Chef / Cook
Location: Stadium Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State
Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of authentic Nigerian native dishes.
- Develop creative and customer-friendly menu options.
- Ensure portion control, taste consistency, and attractive presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness while observing food hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly.
- Support and train kitchen assistants while building a positive team spirit.
Requirements
- SSCE/OND qualification.
- 2–3 years of proven experience cooking Nigerian native dishes.
- Creative approach to food preparation and plating.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Residence around Stadium Road, Port Harcourt, or nearby areas is compulsory.
