About the Role
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be the face of the brand at the front of house—ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and strong team coordination. You will lead, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain high service and product standards while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring customers are warmly received and attended to.
- Supervise staff to guarantee product availability, presentation, and compliance with service standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues affecting products or service quality.
- Ensure equipment like chillers, microwaves, and POS machines are well-handled and functional.
- Manage stock requisitions to avoid shortages and losses.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct investigations into shortages.
- Oversee end-of-shift procedures, including cashier reconciliation, cleaning, and security checks.
- Submit accurate reports on operations as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Must reside in or near Chevron, Lagos.
