Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Handle first-line user support, resolve hardware/software issues, and troubleshoot networks.
- System Management: Install, configure, and maintain IT systems with regular updates and security protocols.
- User Support: Manage user accounts, permissions, and provide training on IT tools.
- Documentation: Maintain technical guides, records, and SOPs.
- Inventory: Track and manage IT equipment and software licenses.
- Project Support: Assist in IT upgrades and implementation projects.
