About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Service Delivery Officer to join our team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. This role requires someone who can support the field sales team by managing schedules, handling documentation, coordinating operations, and ensuring customers receive timely feedback and assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities by managing schedules, documents, and communication flow.
- Ensure sales-related equipment and materials are adequate and ready for use.
- Provide after-sales support and respond to customer complaints promptly.
- Accurately process orders and maintain electronic records for reporting.
- Communicate unforeseen delays or challenges to clients.
- Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc/BA in Business Administration or related field (sales/marketing certification is an advantage).
- Background in computer science or engineering is a plus for technical projects.
- Experience in IT project administration or sales coordination roles.
- Strong technical understanding of web technologies/software development.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with teams.
