About the Role
As Project Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional execution, manage budgets, streamline workflows, and keep leadership aligned. You’ll work closely with the CEO and CTO, driving performance and building systems that scale. This is a role for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead project execution across all Atinudah teams.
- Develop integrated project plans, track progress, and manage risks.
- Work with events, design, content, and marketing teams for seamless handoffs.
- Report progress to leadership with actionable recommendations.
- Streamline workflows and implement effective SOPs.
- Bridge leadership directives with tactical execution.
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery for clients.
- Oversee project budgets, dashboards, and financial tracking.
- Motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years’ project management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze data effectively.
- Hands-on experience with Excel and project tracking tools.
