About the Role
As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence across all platforms. From creating visually stunning content to running paid campaigns, you’ll play a central role in building brand awareness, engaging customers, and driving lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Create and design graphics, videos, and digital campaigns tailored to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Track and analyze metrics, preparing monthly reports with insights.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Collaborate with travel and hospitality teams to align digital campaigns with business goals.
- Run paid ads, monitor budgets, and optimize campaigns.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for business development purposes.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in social media or digital marketing (hospitality/travel sector preferred).
- Excellent design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong IT, analytics, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of social media algorithms, paid ads, and digital growth strategies.
