This is a full-time opportunity to oversee a government revenue collection portal and ensure seamless project execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and system innovation.
About the Role
The Software Project Manager will coordinate technical teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee the successful delivery of milestones on the revenue collection platform. You will lead service quality improvements, manage integrations, and translate technical updates into actionable insights for clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, triage, and resolve technical issues daily, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Manage urgent incidents and work with developers for quick fixes.
- Oversee state-specific interface officers handling customer complaints.
- Ensure technical support achieves 90%+ Customer Satisfaction Score.
- Coordinate development team deliverables, milestones, and reporting.
- Lead integrations, payment gateway setups, and UX/UI updates.
- Track risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Translate technical feedback into user-friendly updates for stakeholders.
- Manage migration from Application Portal V1 to MVP 2 with minimal disruption.
- Coordinate testing, training, and cutover planning for end-users.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 3 years in technical project or delivery management.
- Knowledge of project management workflows (Agile preferred).
- Experience with enterprise/government/fintech software deployments.
- Strong technical expertise in databases, APIs, and integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power BI, MS Teams, and Jira.
