This full-time remote role (Lagos-based) is perfect for a creative strategist with strong expertise in video editing, YouTube management, motion graphics, content creation, advertising, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Produce, edit, and optimize engaging infographics, videos, and motion graphics across digital platforms.
- Digital Strategy & Brand Management: Develop and implement cohesive digital and brand strategies.
- YouTube Management: Optimize channel growth, engagement, and monetization strategies.
- Graphic & Motion Design: Deliver visuals and animations aligned with brand campaigns.
- Ad Campaigns: Create and refine targeted campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.
- SEO & SEM: Improve brand visibility with search optimization strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and dev teams for aligned messaging.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of digital and design trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
- Portfolio showcasing video, graphic, and motion design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, algorithms, and monetization.
- Experience with ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Analytical mindset with tools such as Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.

- Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 monthly
