Secretary — BRAE Therapi (Maryland, Lagos)
BRAE Therapi is hiring a Secretary to support centre operations, manage communications, and help keep our team and clients coordinated. This full-time role is based in Maryland, Lagos and is ideal for organised candidates with 2–4 years’ administrative experience who care about quality service for families and therapists.
What the Secretary Will Do
- Coordinate activities across the organisation to ensure efficient operations and policy compliance.
- Supervise centre and field staff (full- and part-time) and delegate responsibilities to improve performance.
- Manage calendars, appointments and schedules for senior management. Organise staff meetings, parent-therapist conferences, and training sessions.
- Maintain office supplies and handle general office administration.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence: emails, phone calls, letters, packages and walk-ins.
- Proofread and prepare final reports and documents for distribution.
- Assist with the company’s social media accounts where necessary.
Who Should Apply (Requirements)
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant administrative or secretarial experience.
- Able to work Monday to Friday; punctual and reliable.
