Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the bank’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp).
- Develop strategies tailored to target audiences and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions.
- Create visually compelling graphics, videos, reels, and infographics that align with the brand voice.
- Write clear, engaging posts, captions, and ad copy while curating relevant content from trusted sources.
- Set up and monitor ad campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product design, and customer support teams for cohesive strategies.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role with measurable results.
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Motion for graphic design and video editing (mandatory).
