Role Overview

The Business Manager will handle business operations, database management, client relations, staff coordination, bookings, and the company’s overall reputation. You will also play a key role in social media presence and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
• Manage client and staff relationships with professionalism and tact.
• Maintain and update databases, schedules, and bookings.
• Lead social media and reputation management initiatives for the company.
• Act as the firm’s business face — ensuring consistent professionalism and growth.

Requirements

• 3–4 years proven experience in business management, preferably in media/creative industries.

Salary & Benefits
