Job Description
This is a sales-focused, target-driven role (not HR or internal recruitment). As a Sales Associate, you will be:
- Prospecting and pitching companies (training provided)
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers
- Sourcing and engaging top talent, including passive candidates
- Managing the recruitment cycle from first call to job offer
- Learning how to close deals and make placements
- Developing a portfolio of long-term clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic performance
- Preferred age: 21–29
- Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills with energy, drive, and resilience
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and income-driven
- Confident making cold calls and building business relationships
