Who is this for?

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Secretary / Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the front office, ensure effective communication, and support administrative operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure staff attendance is recorded daily and prepare monthly attendance analysis for HR.
- Manage the reception area — welcome visitors and ensure they are promptly attended to.
- Maintain a visitor’s logbook for record-keeping and security purposes.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Assist in compiling monthly and annual management reports.
- Send regular broadcast messages to customers.
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations with the Operations Assistant.
- Manage company internet data usage and ensure availability.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks including document typing and printing.
- Prepare meeting agendas, print materials, and organize refreshments.
- Monitor office supplies and initiate replenishment as needed.
- Draft letters, proposals, and agreements as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company documents responsibly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 2 – 4 years of work experience in administrative or front desk roles.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦80,000 monthly
