Who is this for?

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Secretary / Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the front office, ensure effective communication, and support administrative operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure staff attendance is recorded daily and prepare monthly attendance analysis for HR.
  • Manage the reception area — welcome visitors and ensure they are promptly attended to.

  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks including document typing and printing.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, print materials, and organize refreshments.
  • Monitor office supplies and initiate replenishment as needed.
  • Draft letters, proposals, and agreements as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company documents responsibly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • 2 – 4 years of work experience in administrative or front desk roles.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦80,000 monthly
