The Social Media & Community Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing social media strategies that enhance online visibility, drive engagement, and strengthen Oconsulting’s brand presence across major digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media content calendars in alignment with marketing goals.
- Create engaging copy, visuals, and campaign ideas for different social platforms.
- Handle day-to-day posting, engagement, and community interactions across all pages.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly while maintaining a positive brand tone.
- Analyze content performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategy improvements.
- Work with design, strategy, and account teams to execute unified campaigns.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media accounts (brand or agency side).

- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools) are an added advantage.
