Job Summary

The Content Creator & Social Media Manager will plan, design, and deliver impactful digital content that grows brand awareness, boosts audience engagement, and drives measurable results. This role requires a blend of creativity, marketing strategy, and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Plan and create engaging multimedia content including videos, images, reels, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars ensuring consistent, timely posting.
  • Write compelling and original copy tailored for various audiences and channels.
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers for professional-quality branded content.
  • Track industry trends and audience insights to produce relevant and viral materials.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee daily operations of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Respond to messages and comments to build an engaged community.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics including engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Optimize content for visibility and effectiveness.
  • Campaigns & Brand Strategy: Support digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Align content with product launches and organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online touchpoints.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Meta Insights to evaluate performance and recommend optimizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Basic design and video editing experience using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
