Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain high service standards.
- Deliver a world-class luxury shopping experience to all customers.
- Manage sales, POS transactions, and inventory efficiently.
- Ensure the boutique’s display and presentation reflect the premium brand image.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for visibility and engagement.
- Provide leadership and motivation to the in-store team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor in luxury goods or fashion retail.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a customer-first approach.

- Trustworthy, confident, and professionally groomed.
- Reside within or close to Lekki Phase 1 for easy commuting.
