Raphael Group, on behalf of IVVI Clinic, is recruiting a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage the clinic’s online presence and community engagement. This full-time onsite role is ideal for someone living within or near Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, with experience managing business social media pages and creating content that blends aesthetics with strategy.
About the Role
As the Social Media Manager at IVVI Clinic, you’ll shape how the brand connects with its audience — from crafting visually appealing posts to managing real-time client communications. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every piece of content reflects the clinic’s premium image in the wellness and healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the clinic’s social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Create, post, and schedule engaging photo and video content — including captions, stories, and reels.
- Respond promptly to client messages, comments, and appointment inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments and communication between clients and clinic staff.
- Work with the Head Nurse and management team to align content with business goals.
- Track engagement metrics and report performance insights.
- Stay updated on beauty, wellness, and digital trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
- Resides within Lekki Phase 1 or nearby areas for easy commute.
- Available to work 4–5 days a week (Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM – 6 PM).
- Must be reliable, creative, and ready to start immediately.
