Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 IT support to end-users including hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Log, document, and track IT support incidents and requests via helpdesk systems.
  • Analyze recurring technical issues and offer improvement suggestions to enhance service delivery.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components across the organization.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on desktops, printers, and peripherals; test fixes and follow up with users for satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL are an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and basic server operating systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal ability, and calm under pressure.
