Role & Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 IT support to end-users including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log, document, and track IT support incidents and requests via helpdesk systems.
- Analyze recurring technical issues and offer improvement suggestions to enhance service delivery.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components across the organization.
- Perform preventive maintenance on desktops, printers, and peripherals; test fixes and follow up with users for satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets and ensure they are tracked accurately.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL are an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and basic server operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal ability, and calm under pressure.
