This full-time remote role allows you to apply your artistic eye and technical knowledge to train next-generation AI systems to “see” and interpret visual content like a filmmaker would.

About the Role

  • Provide expert insight on visual composition, cinematography, and editing quality.
  • Collaborate with engineers to improve labeling workflows and data accuracy.
  • Review and critique AI-generated visuals to enhance coherence and realism.
  • Maintain attention to artistic integrity while adapting to evolving guidelines.

  • Deep understanding of lighting, framing, editing, and narrative structure.
  • Proficiency with visual production tools and post-production workflows.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and written communication skills.

Preferred Backgrounds

  • Portfolio of published short films, marketing visuals, or branded content.
  • Experience mentoring or critiquing creative work in film or media.
  • Background in professional video editing, color grading, or motion graphics.

Work Details & Benefits

  • Remote or on-site (Palo Alto, CA) with flexible schedules after training.
  • Training hours: 9:00am–5:30pm PST (first 2 weeks), then local time zone.
  • Pay: $45–$100/hour, based on skill, education, and location.
  • Hardware: Mac (macOS 11+), Chromebook, or Windows 10+ device required.
  • Smartphone access and reliable connectivity are essential.
  • Available to U.S. and international candidates (some state restrictions apply).
