The Human Resources Officer will play a key role in supporting the HR department by managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and passionate about driving workplace excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and orientation for new hires.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation.
