In this position, you will manage agency calendars and internal reminders to ensure that project deadlines and client deliverables are met. Organizing files, briefs, and reports using cloud-based tools such as Google Drive will be central to your daily workflow. You will monitor project progress, follow up with team members, and prepare weekly and monthly management reports on productivity and project status.
Additionally, you will schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions while taking accurate minutes and sharing actionable points with relevant teams. Maintaining smooth communication between departments, assisting with client and staff onboarding, and ensuring all client deliverables, revisions, and approvals are properly tracked will also be part of your duties. You will monitor client subscriptions to provide timely renewal reminders and escalate inquiries as necessary.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably in a tech or digital agency. You should be proficient with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Trello/Asana, and Slack. Strong written and verbal communication skills, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines are essential. Professionalism, proactivity, and a passion for organization are key traits for success in this role.
Salary & Benefits
The position offers a competitive monthly salary of ₦60,000 – ₦70,000 along with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a growing digital marketing agency and work across multiple functional teams in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.
