About the Role

The Security Manager is a vital member of the Terminal Leadership Team and plays a key role in protecting people, assets, and operations. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll lead the implementation of APMM’s Global Security Framework while driving a strong culture of safety and accountability. You will ensure ISPS compliance, manage all security operations at the port, and proactively identify potential risks using data-driven tools and insights. Your daily responsibilities will involve coordinating investigations, preparing detailed reports, and partnering with internal teams, government agencies, and external security networks to uphold APM Terminals’ standards.

Beyond managing the day-to-day, you’ll monitor security systems such as CCTV, access control, and emergency response mechanisms to ensure they function seamlessly. You’ll also develop and mentor the local security team, manage budgets effectively, and oversee vendor relationships for security services and technology procurement.
