Your Role: Player Support Agent (Customer Support Agent)
As a Player Support Agent, your mission is to deliver world-class assistance to gamers, ensuring every interaction enhances their experience. You’ll help players solve their queries via email and chat (no phone calls!) and collaborate closely with internal teams to keep the community thriving.
- Respond to player inquiries through email and chat.
- Investigate and troubleshoot gameplay-related issues.
- Provide clear, empathetic support that aligns with each game’s tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tickets efficiently.
- Share feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
What You’ll Need
- Excellent written Japanese (JLPT N1 level) and conversational English.

- Willingness to commute occasionally to the Tokyo office.
- Full-time availability (5 days/week, including weekends and shifts).
