Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
- Deliver consulting and training programs that drive measurable results.

- Organize and deliver project management, change management, business analysis, and leadership training online and in-person.

Requirements

- Proficiency with project management/business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience in sales, including cold calling, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of learning and development trends with ability to advise clients.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to client needs.
