As a Client Service Executive / Manager, you will welcome and host guests with poise. You will manage VIP relationships, support events, and help deliver refined experiences that match VEIN’s premium brand.
Core Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them through the venue with professionalism and care.
- Create memorable guest interactions and maintain a consistently hospitable presence.
- Coordinate VIP services: birthday celebrations, bottle service, table setups, and special requests.
- Monitor guest needs and moods to proactively enhance their experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, promoters, and lifestyle partners.
- Perform soft follow-ups with returning guests to foster loyalty.
- Recommend premium packages and thoughtful add-ons to support revenue goals.
- Coordinate with events, bar, and service teams to ensure guest areas are guest-ready.
- Represent the brand at activations, internal events, and VIP hosting duties.
- Participate in pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years’ relevant experience in hospitality, nightlife, events, airline customer service, or luxury retail.
- Polished presentation and excellent personal grooming.
- Comfortable and confident in premium nightlife settings.
- Highly social, extroverted, and skilled in conversation and networking.
- Emotionally intelligent, observant, and quick to respond to guest needs.
