About the Role

The Customer Experience position is full-time and hybrid, based in Jabi, Abuja. The focus of the role is to provide exceptional customer support while working closely with the marketing team to manage CRM data, follow up on leads, and support key campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries strictly via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls using the official company device.
  • Match customers to the right products and follow up on abandoned or incomplete purchases.
  • Maintain CRM and customer retention lists with guidance from the marketing team.
  • Follow up on leads from campaigns, events, and social media engagements.
  • Assist in marketing campaign coordination and execution.
  • Support brand events, activations, and marketing launches.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned verbally or in writing by the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications

  • BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related function.
  • Role is strictly for Female candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk or Intercom is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently or within a team.
