Admin / Customer Service Executive – Devtek Prime Edge Limited, Ibadan

Devtek Prime Edge Limited, the corporate face of Devtek Tanks, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin / Customer Service Executive to join our Ibadan office. Since our founding in 1997, Devtek has grown into a leading water solutions provider in Nigeria, and we are looking for a team member who can help deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve complaints professionally; escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with all customers.
  • Record and track feedback to support service improvement.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Support scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Handle basic data entry and document management tasks.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory efficiently.
