Admin / Customer Service Executive – Devtek Prime Edge Limited, Ibadan
Devtek Prime Edge Limited, the corporate face of Devtek Tanks, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin / Customer Service Executive to join our Ibadan office. Since our founding in 1997, Devtek has grown into a leading water solutions provider in Nigeria, and we are looking for a team member who can help deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints professionally; escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with all customers.
- Record and track feedback to support service improvement.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Support scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Handle basic data entry and document management tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory efficiently.
- Make calls to prospective customers to explain products and encourage sales.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- HND/BSc in any relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage.
