Role Overview

The Remote Content Creator and Writer will support content development, SEO-driven storytelling, audience insights, and brand evolution. You’ll collaborate directly with the Founder while producing content for WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. This position is part-time (15–20 hours weekly), lasts three months, includes a two-week probation, and pays ₦80,000 monthly.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development

• Write SEO-optimised blog posts tailored to the brand’s themes.
• Create engaging LinkedIn content for the Founder and the brand.
• Support scripting, ideation, and caption writing for Instagram and TikTok.
• Collaborate on a clear editorial calendar with organized workflows.
• Help strengthen brand messaging, tone, and content structure.

Brand Expansion & Rebranding Support

• Participate in ongoing rebranding research and content restructuring.
• Support competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to long-term brand direction and digital positioning.

Audience Engagement & Growth

• Develop surveys, polls, and audience insight tools.
• Track engagement and suggest data-backed growth strategies.
• Research monetization opportunities such as newsletters and partnerships.

Operational & Administrative Duties

• Manage content documentation and workflow processes.
• Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Attend virtual check-ins and strategy meetings when required.
