Field Credit Officer – Asset Finance – Apply As Soon As Possible
Across Nigeria’s asset finance space, the pressure on loan performance has increased. Rising operating costs and tighter regulatory expectations mean financial institutions are paying closer attention to how credit is monitored and recovered in the field.
This is why experienced Field Credit Officers are in demand right now. Institutions are looking for people who can leave the desk, speak directly with customers, and protect the quality of their loan portfolio through calm, professional follow-up.

Who is this for?
Applicants applying for competitive funding, study visas, academic programs, research grants, or professional proposals needing expert-level positioning.
This role is recruiting for a reputable financial institution that relies heavily on field-level insight to keep its asset finance operations healthy.
This is not passive income work; it requires consistent attention, communication, and follow-through.
Many people assume this role is only about chasing repayments, but in reality it is about balance. You will spend time understanding customer situations, documenting facts clearly, and protecting the institution while still treating people with respect.
This is not a role for someone who avoids field work or difficult conversations. What matters most here is your judgement, consistency, and ability to follow agreed processes even when situations become uncomfortable.
You’ll do well here if you are comfortable working independently, moving between locations, and closing the loop on every account you handle.
