Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Execution
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar
- Repurpose podcast episodes into platform-ready content
- Maintain consistent tone and brand voice
Platform Management
- Daily posting and scheduling
- Optimize captions, hashtags, and timing per platform
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategy
Community Engagement
- Respond thoughtfully to DMs and comments
- Encourage healthy conversations
- Report important audience insights
Performance Tracking
- Track engagement, reach, saves, and growth
- Provide simple performance reports
- Recommend improvements based on data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–5 years experience managing social media for a brand
- Strong storytelling and writing skills
- Understanding of Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok culture
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of analytics
Nice to have: Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, podcast/media experience, or basic video editing.
