Students who have already graduated from secondary school, are in their final year or term, or are already university students are not eligible. Previous YYAS or YYGS alumni are also not eligible to reapply to YYAS.
Important Note for Nigerian and Other African Students
Students living in Nigeria and other African countries can apply as long as they satisfy Yale’s eligibility requirements. YYAS does not restrict applications to students from a particular African country.
