Job Description

This is a sales-focused, target-driven role (not HR or internal recruitment). As a Sales Associate, you will be:

  • Prospecting and pitching companies (training provided)
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Sourcing and engaging top talent, including passive candidates
  • Managing the recruitment cycle from first call to job offer
  • Learning how to close deals and make placements
  • Developing a portfolio of long-term clients

Requirements
