About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and operational support to warehouse operations. Youβll help maintain accurate records, manage correspondence, track stock documentation, and coordinate meetings and reports between the warehouse and head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organized filing systems for warehouse purchase records, receipts, and invoices.
- Prepare, review, and distribute warehouse reports and correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills
- ND or Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2β3 yearsβ experience in administrative or clerical roles (preferably logistics or warehouse-based).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
