Key Responsibilities
- Identify, visit, and engage decision-makers in target organizations across Lagos.
- Pitch services persuasively and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with the sales team for conversion.
- Keep accurate records of outreach, leads, and client feedback.
- Represent Havana Group with professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies from field insights.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, B2B marketing, or field business development.
- Ability to engage and close business with structured organizations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-driven personality.
- Resident in Lagos with strong knowledge of commercial hubs.
- Experience in facility services, property management, or corporate sales is a plus.
