Sales Credit Officer (In-Store) – Port Harcourt
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about sales and finance? Our team in Rumudara, Port Harcourt is seeking a Sales Credit Officer (In-Store) to manage credit sales, monitor repayments, and maintain excellent customer relationships. This is a full-time role ideal for individuals with strong numerical, communication, and record-keeping skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to in-store customers and handle credit sales transactions.
- Assess customers’ creditworthiness following company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit sales and balances.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on credit activities.
- Collaborate with the accounts team for record reconciliation.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships while enforcing credit policies.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience in sales, credit management, or related roles (pharmacy/retail experience is a plus).
- Strong numerical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
Salary & Benefits
₦100,000 – ₦200,000 per month.
