LemFi (YC S21) is a fast-growing neobank serving the African diaspora across North America and Europe. With entities in the UK, USA, Canada, and Nigeria, LemFi helps users send, receive, and manage money across multiple currencies. We are currently hiring a Digital Marketing Manager (Remote, Nigeria) to join our Marketing team.
About the Role
This role is designed for a dynamic marketer who can build and grow LemFi’s influencer ecosystem in Nigeria. You’ll collaborate with creators, organize campaigns, and host webinars that connect Nigerian voices to diaspora audiences in the UK, USA, and EU.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with Nigerian influencers reaching global diaspora communities.
- Host engaging webinars for creators on content strategy, growth, and monetization with LemFi.
- Plan and execute on-the-ground campaigns and the annual LemFi Creators Summit in Lagos.
- Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to improve user engagement and campaign results.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in influencer relations or digital engagement.
- Strong ties within Nigeria’s creator community.
- Excellent public speaking and webinar facilitation skills.
- Experience with planning local marketing activations and influencer programs.
