Forward in Action for Education, Poverty and Malnutrition (FAcE-PaM) is a non-profit NGO established in 1998, dedicated to education, poverty reduction, nutrition, peacebuilding, gender inclusion, health, and governance. As part of its CASCADE Project, FAcE-PaM is seeking to hire an Office Assistant to support operations in Kebbi and Jagawa States.
Role Overview
The Office Assistant will ensure the smooth running of the CASCADE Project office by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-functioning workspace. This role supports administrative tasks and logistics to foster a productive environment that directly impacts nutrition outcomes for women and children.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office premises
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling
- Support logistics for meetings, trainings, and field activities
- Manage office supplies and track inventory
- Run errands including banking, deliveries, and procurement pickups
- Provide hospitality support for visitors and events
- Assist staff with minor clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum SSCE or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of office equipment
- Effective communication in English and local languages
- Reliable, respectful, and punctual
