Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks when needed).
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Shop for groceries and manage kitchen inventory effectively.
- Create meal plans tailored to dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences.
- Develop seasonal menus and introduce new recipes.
- Ensure meals are served on time with quality presentation.
- Assist with hosting guests and family events when required.
Requirements
- NCE / HND qualification with 3–5 years relevant chef experience.
- Strong knowledge of African and international cuisines.
- Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
