Core Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls professionally.
- Process payments (cash, cheque, card) and issue receipts.
- Count, reconcile, and balance the cash drawer at shift start/end.
- Maintain appointment schedules and guest records.
- Handle basic clerical tasks: filing, mail, and record updates.
- Resolve customer queries or escalate when necessary.
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Operate POS or cash register accurately and securely.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 3–4 years’ relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail for cash handling and reconciliation.
- Ability to multitask in a busy front-desk environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems or basic accounting tools.
