The 100-Country Summit 2025 (hosted by One Million Leaders and NELIS) is a global virtual gathering designed to unite 10,000+ young leaders worldwide. The Africa edition includes an African Youth Virtual Town Hall bringing together thousands of youth leaders to co-create the African Youth Vision 2040 Framework — a document intended for sharing with ECOWAS, African Union, AfDB and national governments.
Host Institution
Hosted by One Million Leaders (OML) in partnership with NELIS — organizations focused on leadership development and youth empowerment across continents. Speakers include leaders from networks such as Ashoka Africa.
Eligibility Criteria
Young leaders, changemakers, social entrepreneurs, student leaders, community organizers and early-career professionals across Africa (and global participants interested in Africa’s youth agenda) are welcome to register. The Town Hall focuses on youth representation and co-creation — registrations are open to individuals who can actively participate online.

Participation is free. Selected participants and early registrants may receive:
- Chance to sign the African Youth Vision 2040 Framework and be among the first 2,000 signatories.
- “Governor for the Future Africa” digital badge suitable for LinkedIn.
- Eligibility pathway for the 2026 OMLA Fellowship and access to networks such as Ashoka Fellowship.
- Official certificate of participation.
