Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Operations Management: Develop and implement preventive and reactive maintenance plans for all hospital infrastructure, ensuring reliable utility operations and top-notch cleanliness standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations. Conduct regular audits and manage security, access, and waste disposal systems.
- Environment & Quality of Care: Support patient safety by upholding infection control, hygiene, and sustainability standards throughout the facility.
- Project & Capital Management: Supervise renovations and new projects to meet healthcare standards, budgets, and deadlines without disrupting clinical services.
- Financial & Vendor Management: Prepare budgets, manage vendors, and negotiate cost-effective contracts for smooth facility operations.
- Leadership: Mentor facility staff, coordinate with clinical teams, and ensure training on safety and operational protocols.
Qualifications
- B.Sc, B.Tech, or HND in Engineering or related field
- 3β4 years of relevant experience in facility management within a healthcare or similar environment
